“Stress, Diet and Your Heart” by Dean Ornish, MD

We all know what we should be eating, doing and practicing for good heart health, but Dr. Ornish makes it so clear and easy to read. I love how the book explains how to start with the tools you already have on hand. The recipes are also delicious–even if I weren’t on track to reversing heart disease, I would be proud to serve these recipes to my friends and family. Win, win!
