Whiton Estate Built by Henry Devereux Whiton, corporate executive and philanthropist. Bought in 1920 by Lawrence Day School.  Operated as Lawrence Country Day School until 1992 when it was purchased by the Hebrew Academy of Long Beach and became the Stella K. Abraham High School for Girls.
